WHAT ARE TINTED PLATES?
Tinted plates are a show-only design with a smoky/dark tint placed over the top of your plates. These are not a road legal design, so please use appropriately.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
We aim to have your plates made in 1 working day, and delivered in 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery option chosen at checkout (standard, 48-hour etc.).
We will contact you to update you when your order has dispatched. Depending on the delivery method, we will also send tracking information.
WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, OR IT IS DAMAGED?
We are sorry to hear this. If you have any problems with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.
WHAT IF I AM NOT IN?
We will attempt to deliver your order at least twice. Depending on the delivery option, you can also set your order to be delivered to a local shop for collection, or let us know if we can leave it with a neighbour. In most cases a signature is required.
You can also change your delivery address, as long as the order has not already shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or return an order, please contact our team as soon as possible.
HOW DO I FIT MY NEW PLATES?
We recommend strong adhesive pads. Drilling can damage the plates, and may affect the legibility of numbers and letters.
